This is an exciting role with a dynamic fast growing group that has delivered significant double digit growth every year for almost 10 years. We're now looking for someone to lead that same trajectory for a high potential scale-up business within the group.
This is a General Manager role with a digital core — full P&L ownership of a high-volume asset acquisition platform. You'll own everything from performance marketing and pricing to sales funnel optimisation, contact centre operations and logistics
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the full P&L
- Leading performance marketing (PPC, SEO, paid social, affiliates) to drive high-quality lead volume
- Building dynamic pricing and asset valuation models
- Driving contact centre and logistics performance to deliver a seamless customer journey
- Building and leading a high-performing, cross-functional team
What your profile will include:
- Proven P&L ownership in a digital-first or e-commerce business
- A track record of scaling a digital marketplace, or lead-gen business
- Deep performance marketing expertise and full-funnel optimisation know-how
- Operational leadership across contact centres, logistics, or fulfilment
- Comfort presenting to ExCo and board-level stakeholders
