We’re seeking a commercially minded Supply Chain Manager to strengthen supplier partnerships and drive performance across an HGV and specialist vehicle supply network. You’ll take ownership of: * Expanding and strengthening the supplier network. * Negotiating competitive tariffs, contracts and service agreements. * Improving supplier performance, compliance and vehicle availability. * Planning supply for peak demand and supporting new customer opportunities. * Resolving operational challenges and improving cost and service. You’ll bring: * Strong HGV sector knowledge, commercial confidence and a practical approach to getting things done. * A background in either supplier management, procurement, rental operations or account management within the HGV sector. * Confidence in negotiating with directors, working closely with operational teams and turning relationships into results. * Above all, you’ll be someone who takes ownership, builds productive relationships and follows through.
