Are you a technically skilled professional with a natural flair for leading people? ASK4 is looking for an Enable Team Leader to take ownership of a talented team of Project Delivery Engineers — playing a central role in bringing new and existing sites to life across our growing network.

About the Role

As Enable Team Leader, you will lead the team responsible for commissioning ASK4 services at new and existing sites, working closely with delivery partners, field engineers and subcontractors. You will be the go-to person for technical guidance, escalations and day-to-day team management — helping to bridge the gap between project delivery and operational handover. This is a role with real impact: the work your team does directly shapes the experience of customers living and working in connected buildings across the UK and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Project Delivery Engineers, providing guidance, training and day-to-day management
  • Manage shift patterns, annual leave and absence; support the Team Manager with appraisals and HR processes
  • Oversee delivery quality, ensuring guidelines, documentation standards and best practices are consistently met
  • Handle escalations and technical triage, acting as a point of expertise for complex or time-sensitive project tasks
  • Produce internal management reports and KPI documentation; contribute to the development of Enable processes and guidelines
  • Support delivery of new site commissions, upgrades and takeovers, including producing documentation for stakeholders
  • Represent Enable requirements as a stakeholder or project owner within internal programmes
  • Manage site-level capacity and maintain risk management analysis across all project work

About You

You will bring:

  • Experience in project delivery engineering or a similar technical operations environment
  • Strong process development and data analysis skills
  • Working knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Mac and Linux
  • A confident, clear communication style — both written and verbal
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine interest in developing others
  • A logical approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage competing priorities

It would also be great if you have:

  • Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, switching infrastructure, or LAN/WAN technologies
  • Any additional language skills

What We Offer

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service
  • Hybrid working arrangements where the role allows
  • Westfield Health Care Plan, including 24/7 GP access and Employee Assistance Programme
  • Profit share bonus scheme linked to company performance
  • Enhanced maternity, adoption and paternity pay
  • Company pension scheme with employer contributions (Aviva)
  • Electric Vehicle salary sacrifice scheme (available after 6 months)
  • Cycle to Work scheme up to £1,000
  • Personal development time, educational assistance, and professional development support
  • Birthday day off, two volunteering days per year, and a values‑led recognition scheme
