The Role
This is a broad, commercially focused HRBP position covering maternity leave.
You'll partner with our Senior Leadership Team, lead complex ER cases end-to-end, directly manage the HR Operations Lead, and contribute to M&A activity — all while working closely with the Head of HR on the wider people strategy.
It's a role for someone who's comfortable at pace, confident in a room with senior stakeholders, and knows their employment law inside out.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with the SLT across multiple functions as their trusted HR lead
- Leading and managing complex ER
- Coaching and influencing at Director level
- Line managing the HR Operations Lead (with indirect accountability for the HR Coordinator team)
- Supporting M&A HR activity including due diligence and integration
- Keeping policies current and legally compliant across UK and relevant EU jurisdictions
What We're Looking For
- Significant generalist HR experience with complex ER
- Demonstrable senior stakeholder partnering experience
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Experience of managing or developing others within an HR team
- M&A / TUPE experience and/or multi-jurisdiction exposure is a bonus
