As a Connect Delivery Specialist at ASK4, you'll sit at the heart of our connectivity delivery operation coordinating third-party circuits including Ethernet, Mobile Data, and FTTX to ensure our clients receive the best possible service. You'll own key supplier relationships, track complex orders from start to finish, and work closely with internal teams to keep everything moving. Your work directly shapes the experience our clients have, making this a role with real, visible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate third-party connectivity orders, ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaise with suppliers to track orders, resolve anomalies, and manage escalations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers through regular meetings
- Plan and manage contingency solutions, particularly in new build environments
- Coordinate engineer visits and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the order journey
- Produce accurate weekly and monthly reports, including KPI data
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on delivery solutions
- Travel to site meetings and surveys as required
About You
You're a natural organiser who can juggle competing priorities without losing attention to detail. You communicate clearly, build relationships with ease, and take a proactive approach when challenges arise. You're comfortable working to tight deadlines and adapting when workloads shift. You’ll bring experience managing suppliers or customers, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a track record of following and improving processes. Experience in telecoms delivery is a bonus, as is fluency in European languages such as Polish, Italian, French, or Portuguese.
