Do you thrive in complex, fast-moving environments where your analysis shapes how organisations come together? This is a rare opportunity to play a central role in post-acquisition integration at a growing international technology business.
As M&A Integrations Business Analyst at ASK4, you will be at the core of how we bring newly acquired businesses into the fold — defining the structures, processes, and systems that make integrations work in practice, not just on paper. Working alongside the Integration Project Manager, you will define and document the Target Operating Model (TOM) across every dimension of the business: process, organisation, culture, infrastructure, data, and knowledge. Your work will directly shape how ASK4 creates long-term value from its acquisitions.
ASK4 is an international technology company focused on managed internet, smart building technology, and IT services for multi-tenant buildings. We are on a growth trajectory — and integration excellence is central to how we scale.
Key Responsibilities- Map current-state operating models within acquired businesses and design future-state models aligned to ASK4's strategic objectives.
- Define and document the integrated Target Operating Model across process, organisation, culture, infrastructure, data, and knowledge dimensions.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements arising from integration activity.
- Translate operating model decisions into detailed process maps and structured system requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to validate TOM design decisions and surface dependencies.
- Identify capability gaps, structural overlaps, and optimisation opportunities across the integrated business.
- Coordinate requirement sequencing where integration activity intersects with other active change programmes.
- Support UAT planning, scenario development, and defect management through to successful delivery.
You are a confident, detail-oriented Business Analyst who is comfortable working across organisational boundaries and bringing structure to complexity. You will need:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex transformation or integration programmes.
- Experience defining and documenting Target Operating Models across multiple dimensions.
- Strong end-to-end process mapping capability (e.g. BPMN or equivalent).
- Experience eliciting and documenting both business and system requirements.
- Ability to identify and manage cross-programme dependencies in multi-workstream environments.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong written documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in post-merger or post-acquisition integration.
- Background in IT services, telecoms, or technology-enabled environments.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, billing, or finance systems integration.
- Business Analysis qualification (e.g. BCS, IIBA, or equivalent).
- Experience in investor-backed or high-growth organisations.
We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and identities and ensure fair treatment for all, regardless of protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.
