At ASK4, we connect people to the internet at scale and we need technically curious, detail‑driven people to help us do it well.

About the Role

As a Project Delivery Technician, you'll sit at the heart of our provisioning department, helping to ensure that Managed Service Provider (MSP) projects are set up and delivered without a hitch. From configuring Linux gateways and network switches to assembling detailed work packs for engineering teams on the ground, your work will directly enable smooth, successful installations for our clients. This is a role where precision matters — and where your contribution has a tangible impact on the quality of service our customers receive.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Configuring Linux gateways and network switches ahead of deployment
  • Reviewing scopes of work to ensure network requirements are accurate and complete
  • Assembling detailed work packs to guide engineering teams through installations
  • Supporting equipment ordering and ensuring the right stock is available at the right time
  • Collaborating with the provisioning team to keep project rollouts on track
  • Ensuring all configurations align with each project's technical requirements
  • Identifying and resolving technical discrepancies before they become problems on site

About You

You're someone who takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys working with technology in a practical, structured way. You'll bring:

  • An IT‑related degree or qualification, ideally with a focus on networking or infrastructure
  • Hands‑on experience with network installation and configuration
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Good communication and organisational skills

It would be great (but not essential) if you also have familiarity with project management frameworks or experience in the MSP sector.
