Warehouse Operative in Sheffield

About the Role
Do you enjoy hands-on work where every task you complete directly supports something being built and delivered? This is a great opportunity to join ASK4's Supply Chain team and play a key role in keeping our operations moving.
Based at our warehouse in Tinsley, Sheffield, you'll be preparing and dispatching equipment that powers internet connectivity for residents and businesses across Europe. Working as part of a close-knit supply chain team, you'll help ensure the right kit gets to the right place, accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare kits for dispatch, including configuring switches and allocating asset tags
Accept deliveries and check quantities accurately against delivery notes
Unbox equipment and prepare packing lists and delivery notes for project requirements
Check packing lists thoroughly before dispatch to ensure accuracy
Support sub-contractors when returning or collecting stock, ensuring all returns are documented
Maintain a tidy, safe warehouse environment with clear walkways and H&S compliance
Report health and safety concerns promptly and work in line with environmental policies
About You
Essential
Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including manual handling and lifting
Reliable, dependable, and comfortable working to deadlines under pressure
Flexible approach, happy to turn your hand to a variety of tasks as needed
A team player who contributes positively to those around you
Desirable
Experience working with switches or similar technology hardware
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment
