IT Integration Engineer in London

Full-time, 9-month fixed-term contract

Hybrid, Sheffield with travel to sites across the UK. ASK4 is growing and with growth comes the exciting challenge of bringing newly acquired businesses into our IT environment quickly, securely, and with minimal disruption. As IT Integration Lead, youll own that challenge from end to end. This is a hands-on technical role with real scope and variety. Youll lead discovery, design, and delivery of IT integrations across infrastructure, applications, networks, identity, security, and collaboration tools. Working closely with internal IT teams, acquired business stakeholders, and external partners, youll also leave a lasting mark by defining the repeatable framework that shapes how ASK4 approaches every future acquisition. Key Responsibilities Acting as technical lead for IT integration projects, translating business requirements into clear, actionable plans Leading technical discovery across infrastructure, applications, networks, and security for acquired businesses Designing and implementing solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Sentinel, and Defender for Endpoint Delivering system rationalisation to remove duplication and streamline the IT environment Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure integrations meet ASK4s standards and compliance requirements Building and maintaining ASK4s repeatable acquisition onboarding framework to support future growth Producing technical documentation, playbooks, and knowledge
