Ask Jules are recruiting on behalf of our client, a PhD History student at the University of Cardiff. The client suffers from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and as such is a full-time wheelchair user with significant weakness in his arms. He is looking for a PA to assist with daily life.
Start: June 15th 2026
Rota: Live-in 7 days on / 7 days off
Location: Based at Cardiff University during term time until September, then relocating to Cheltenham until December, with the possibility of extension beyond this period
Pay: £150 per day / £1,050 per week worked
Free accommodation whilst on shift
Nest Pension Scheme
Holidays: 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata
An Automatic Driving Licence is a requirement, as you will be driving our client's automatic vehicle.

His hobbies also include playing the guitar, watching films like the Bourne series and Lord of the Rings, and unwinding with Xbox gaming.
