We have an amazing opportunity for you to become a Personal Assistant to our client at her home in Salisbury. Join her current team of PAs to support her daily living. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on somebody's life.

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Pay Rate: £20 per hour
  • Hours: Every Tuesday 8am-8pm, every other Sunday 8am-12pm
  • Location: Salisbury, SP5

About Our Client

Our client has a Spinal Cord Injury and will require support with all aspects of her life - Personal Care, Clinical Care, Day to Day running of her home and general support. Our client is looking for a PA who can help her enjoy life, this includes gardening, going out to different places, hosting visitors and someone who has a great get up and go attitude! So a PA with general DIY skills / knowledge would be great! Prior care experience is not required, all training will be provided but some experience is preferred.

About the job

You will provide our client's health and social care. Our client is confident in her ability and lives independently with the support of like-minded individuals to assist her with:

  • Personal Care
  • Health Care
  • Social Support
  • Daily Living
  • Cooking
  • Driving the client's adapted vehicle
  • Housekeeping / Domestic duties

About You

An ideal applicant requirements are:

  • You will need to be physically fit, calm, patient and caring
  • Full UK driving licence (essential as you will be driving our client's adapted car)
  • Have the flexibility to cover extra shifts would be a bonus
  • Fluent in the English Language
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Provide 'on call cover for absent colleague
  • Non-Smoker / Non Vaper
  • You must be able to respect our client's privacy and have an understanding of the need for confidentiality in all areas of your work.
  • Good organisational skills and being able to work on your own initiative
  • A mature and responsible attitude
  • Excellent hearing and communication skills
  • Be clean and tidy in both your appearance and ways.

This role would suit a Female PA.
