We're recruiting Personal Care Assistants to support a young man in Petersfield to live independently and enjoy life to the fullest.
What You'll Get
- £16 per hour
- Full training provided (no prior care experience required)
- Flexible shifts (34 per week)
- 5.6 weeks holiday (pro rata)

Shift Pattern
- Day shifts: 08:00 - 22:00
- Night shifts: 22:00 - 10:00
- Mixed rota (days & nights) provided in advance
About the Role
This is more than a typical care assistant job or support worker role. You'll provide 1:1 personal care and support to a young man with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, helping with daily living and social activities. Alongside providing personal care, you'll also:
- Support independent living
- Assist with social activities (rugby, music, outings, pub trips)
- Encourage confidence and new experiences
- Work as part of a small, consistent care team
