As written by our client:

I need my personal assistants to be responsible, flexible and friendly. I want you to help me live independently and have the normal university experience. I am bilingual (speaking English and German) and lived in Berlin for a year with my family when younger. I enjoy visiting new places and I am really excited by the prospect of moving to an entirely new city. I want to make the most of my experience in Oxford going to the cinema/theatre, bars and clubs, and participating in university societies as well as focusing on my academic studies. I don't want my personal care needs to get in the way of this. I want us to have a good working relationship and be able to talk through any issues if they arise. I'm really looking forward to being at Oxford University and I hope you enjoy the Harry Potter vibe as much as me.
