About AskJules: AskJules is a family-run organisation supporting disabled students at universities across the UK. We are looking for an organised and compassionate Client Support Coordinator to join our team in a fully remote role. You will play an important role helping students successfully manage their support teams so they can live independently and thrive at university.

The Role: As a Client Support Coordinator, you will support a portfolio of student clients and their Personal Assistant teams. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting students and their families throughout the academic year
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of Personal Assistants
  • Coordinating PA rotas and addressing day-to-day support issues
  • Liaising with universities, funding bodies and other professionals
  • Visiting clients at their university and/or home environments
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
  • Providing guidance and reassurance to clients and their PA teams
  • Working closely with the wider AskJules operations team

About You: We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple clients
  • A confident communicator with a calm and supportive approach
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Empathetic and comfortable working with disabled students and their families
  • Experienced in administration, coordination or support roles
  • IT confident and comfortable using online systems
  • Full UK driving licence and own car
  • 2 years care experience
  • Experience in areas such as care coordination, education, social care or recruitment would be helpful but is not essential.

Location: This role is fully remote / work from home. Applicants must be based in the South of England, ideally within travelling distance of Southampton. Occasional travel will be required for training and meetings in Southampton and at our Leeds office.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week worked flexibly. As the role involves supporting clients and their Personal Assistants, the successful candidate will need to be responsive and available outside standard office hours when necessary.

Salary & Benefits: Starting Salary £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. Holidays: 28 days annual leave per year, including UK bank holidays.
