As written by the client:
I will be starting a Graphic Design degree at Edge Hill University in September, and this will be my first time living away from home. I'm looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support me with personal care, academic life, and making the most of my university experience. I have Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a muscle-wasting condition. I am a full-time powered wheelchair user and require assistance with many physical tasks. I'm looking for someone who is patient, understanding, reliable, and happy to work as part of my support team. I'm a confident, friendly, and outgoing person who enjoys spending time with friends and making the most of new experiences. Although this will be my first time living away from my family home in Wigan, I want to be as independent as possible while studying.
Sport is a huge part of my life. I'm a passionate Wigan Warriors and Manchester United supporter. I enjoy attending Wigan Warriors home games and watching Manchester United whenever I can. I also compete in wheelchair sports. I play powerchair football for Altrincham FC across three different leagues and play power hockey for the Greenbank Bears, who are the current national champions. I'm very competitive, committed to my teams, and always give 100% in training and matches.

- Professional attitude and appearance when on shift
- Physical fitness, patience, and a caring nature
