AskJules is a family owned private limited company who provide a Lifestyle Management service to university students who have complex physical disabilities. With our support, clients are able to employ their own Personal Assistants (PAs) to provide their personal, health and social care as well as their academic support at university.
We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Office Junior to join the team in our Leeds office in Leeds City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to pursue a career in payroll.
Job Summary:
- Location: LS1
- Salary: £20,000 to £22,000
- Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday
To provide administrative support and assistance to the Accounts and Payroll Manager, with key focus on data input onto the BrightPay Payroll systems.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- A level Maths - Desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Essential
- Experience of Moneysoft - Desirable
- Ability to meet deadlines - Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Some experience of office work would be desirable but is not essential for this position as full training will be provided
