We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a young male, who is looking for a like-minded individual to provide his personal care and independent living support. Start Date: Immediate start available
Location: Greenford
Shifts: Averaging between 2-4 shifts per week. Days/ Waking nights and weekend availability is required.
Rate of Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: £15.50 Per Hour + Bonus

About the Job: This is a fantastic opportunity to truly make a positive difference to somebody else's life. To assist our client to achieve his goals and aspirations. Therefore, this job offers the prospect of meaning and job satisfaction. You will provide our client with support in the workplace, personal care, including health and social care. This is also a flat mate type of role which goes far beyond simply care work, and includes all the fun things you'd expect a graduate to be doing, like getting out and about to see friends, the cinema, going on holiday and much more! You will be fully trained alongside current personal assistants with our client. This opportunity doesn't come around very often; the ability to make a difference to somebody's life is something you will cherish forever. Care experience is not required as full training in our client's particular requirements will be provided. A full clean UK driving licence is essential. 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata.
About You: You are unlikely to have experience in every aspect of our client's care; therefore, full training in his particular needs is provided. You will need:
- To have a great sense of humour
- Good communication skills
- To be physically fit, calm, patient and caring
- Good organisational skills and ability to work on your own initiative
- A mature and responsible attitude
- To be fluent in English
- Full UK driver's licence (Essential)
