Sous Chef Apprenticeship Wales – Swansea ASK Italian Sous Chef Apprenticeship / Level 3 Senior Production Chef Apprenticeship Starting Role: Chef / Chef Team Member Pay: Up to £12.94 per hour including benefits Hourly Rate breakdown: £11.44 per hour, plus £1.50 per hour tronc average.
