Location: Central London Head Office. Office based minimum 3 days per week

The Role
The Delivery & Partnerships Manager is responsible for the performance and execution of ASK Italian's out‐of‐restaurant channels and in‐restaurant commercial partnerships. The role sits at the centre of customer experience, influencing how customers interact with ASK both inside and outside the restaurant through delivery platforms, menus and partner‐led activity, and driving incremental value.
Key Responsibilities
- Out of Restaurant & Promotional Partnerships
- Own the day‐to‐day management and performance of delivery and promotional partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, building strong relationships that support consistent execution and improved commercial performance.
- Own end‐to‐end set‐up, delivery and optimisation of partner promotions, ensuring they generate incremental sales and remain commercially viable.
- Ensure existing partner contracts and commitments are maximised.
- Provide insight, performance updates and commercially grounded recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Campaign Development & Delivery
- Design promotional mechanics and campaign plans that drive incremental sales, improve conversion and increase engagement.
- Support the delivery and optimisation of partner campaigns from briefing to live execution and post‐campaign review.
- Work closely with Brand, Food, Finance and Operations to ensure campaigns are executable and accurately delivered.
- Communicate offers, mechanics and timelines clearly to internal teams and partners.
- Out of Restaurant Platform Performance
- Own day‐to‐day performance across delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat), ensuring menus, pricing, availability and promotions are accurate.
- Monitor and optimise key metrics including sales value, order volumes, average order value, conversion and customer ratings.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve conversion and basket value through platform tools, menu structure and promotional mechanics.
- Troubleshoot executional or performance issues and resolve them quickly.
- Menu Ownership & Systems
- Maintain menus across digital and delivery platforms, ensuring they support conversion and customer choice.
- Partner with Food Development to translate menu innovation into partner‐ready menus and offers.
- Support the use of menu and product management systems with accuracy and consistency.
- Track and analyse performance of delivery and promotional activity, working with Finance to understand ROI.
- Provide clear performance reporting and actionable recommendations.
- Undertake competitor and market benchmarking to benchmark offerings.
- Support test‐and‐learn activity to continuously improve campaigns and partner execution.
Experience Required
- 3+ years in a commercial, partnerships, trading, channel or operational marketing role (hospitality, retail or FMCG preferred).
- Experience managing third‐party platforms or partners such as delivery platforms, loyalty schemes or affiliate‐style partners.
- Proven experience delivering end‐to‐end promotions or offers.
- Strong commercial awareness, balancing sales growth, margin and partner commitments.
- Confident with analysing performance and reporting outcomes, translating data into recommendations.
- Experience coordinating cross‐functionally to deliver activity on time and accurately.
- Comfortable with digital platforms or systems, managing high detail and ensuring menu and offer accuracy.
