The Role: The Commercial Partnerships Lead is responsible for the performance and execution of ASK Italian’s out-of-restaurant channels and in-restaurant commercial partnerships. This role sits at the centre of that, influencing how customers experience ASK both in and out of our restaurants through delivery platforms, menus and partner-led activity, and helping us reach new moments and occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day management and performance of ASK Italian’s delivery and promotional partners, ensuring activity is executed to a high standard and delivers against commercial objectives.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for partners, building strong working relationships that support consistent execution and improved commercial performance.
- Own the end-to-end setup, delivery and optimisation of partner promotions, ensuring they generate incremental sales and remain commercially viable.
- Support senior stakeholders in partner planning discussions, providing insight, performance updates and commercially grounded recommendations.
- Design promotional mechanics and campaign plans across delivery and promotional partners that drive incremental sales, improve conversion and increase customer engagement.
- Support the delivery and optimisation of partner campaigns, from briefing and setup through to live execution and post-campaign review.
- Own day-to-day performance across delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat), ensuring menus, pricing, availability and promotions are accurately built and maintained.
- Monitor and optimise key Out of Restaurant performance metrics including sales value, order volumes, average order value, conversion and customer ratings.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve conversion and basket value through platform tools, menu structure and promotional mechanics.
- Track and analyse the performance of delivery and promotional activity, providing clear performance reporting and actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years in a commercial, partnerships, trading, channel or operational marketing role (hospitality, retail or FMCG preferred).
- Experience managing third-party partners or platforms, such as delivery platforms, loyalty schemes, promotional or affiliate-style partners.
- Proven experience delivering promotions or offers end-to-end.
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience balancing sales growth, margin considerations and partner commitments.
- Confident analysing performance and reporting on outcomes.
