The Role

The Commercial Partnerships Lead is responsible for the performance and execution of ASK Italian’s out-of-restaurant channels and in-restaurant commercial partnerships. This role sits at the centre of that, influencing how customers experience ASK both in and out of our restaurants through delivery platforms, menus and partner-led activity, and helping us reach new moments and occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day management and performance of ASK Italian’s delivery and promotional partners, ensuring activity is executed to a high standard and delivers against commercial objectives.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for partners, building strong working relationships that support consistent execution and improved commercial performance.
  • Own the end-to-end setup, delivery and optimisation of partner promotions, from build through to performance review, ensuring they generate incremental sales and remain commercially viable.
  • Ensure ASK Italian fully delivers against, and maximises value from, existing partner contracts and agreed commitments.
  • Support senior stakeholders in partner planning discussions, providing insight, performance updates and commercially grounded recommendations.
  • Design promotional mechanics and campaign plans across delivery and promotional partners that drive incremental sales, improve conversion and increase customer engagement, aligned to commercial objectives and operational capability.
  • Support the delivery and optimisation of partner campaigns, from briefing and setup through to live execution and post-campaign review.
  • Work closely with Brand, Food, Finance and Operations to ensure campaigns are clearly defined, executable and accurately delivered.
  • Own day-to-day performance across delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat), ensuring menus, pricing, availability and promotions are accurately built and maintained.
  • Monitor and optimise key Out of Restaurant performance metrics including sales value, order volumes, average order value, conversion and customer ratings.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve conversion and basket value through platform tools, menu structure and promotional mechanics.
  • Troubleshoot executional or performance issues, working with partners and internal teams to resolve quickly.
  • Own the build, maintenance and optimisation of menus across digital in-restaurant and delivery platforms, ensuring menus support conversion and customer choice.
  • Track and analyse the performance of delivery and promotional activity, working with Finance to understand impact on sales, conversion and ROI.
  • Provide clear performance reporting and actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns, partner activity and customer engagement.

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years in a commercial, partnerships, trading, channel or operational marketing role (hospitality, retail or FMCG preferred).
  • Experience managing third-party partners or platforms, such as delivery platforms, loyalty schemes, promotional or affiliate-style partners.
  • Proven experience delivering promotions or offers end-to-end.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience balancing sales growth, margin considerations and partner commitments.
  • Confident analysing performance and reporting on outcomes, with the ability to translate data into clear, practical recommendations.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functionally to deliver activity on time and accurately.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms or systems, managing high levels of detail and ensuring accuracy across menus, offers and partner activity.

Skills & Behaviours:

  • Commercially Focused - Always looking to maximise revenue and growth from every opportunity.
  • Strong Operator - Takes ownership of delivery, detail and follow-through.
