The Role

We are hiring a Learning Experience Consultant to lead blended learning relationships with cross‑functional customers and ensure delivery stays aligned to customer needs and business priorities. You will own a range of customer relationships related to learning needs across our product suite, working closely with the Learning & Development team to conceive, deliver and maintain optimal point‑of‑need learning for customers and their Asite platform users and drive engaging learning outcomes from initiation through to delivery and adoption. The role includes face‑to‑face training as well as contributing to the development of E‑learning and Learning Experience Platform learning assets. This is a full‑time role, office‑based in central London.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning and development needs and develop tailored blended learning solutions.
  • Design and develop high quality innovative learning solutions using the Asite LXP and AI‑assisted content creation.
  • Lead on customer portfolio learning including induction, onboarding, ongoing upskilling and relationship building.
  • Deliver engaging sessions in‑person, virtually and blended sessions.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
  • Work with the Learning & Development team to drive learning best practice in the SaaS space and within the Department.
  • Quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency in functionality, logic, terminology and style across all learning approaches and content.
  • Manage risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring continuity and timely decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a learning and development role or similar position, preferably within a fast‑paced SaaS or technology environment.
  • Full understanding of adult learning principles and the full training cycle - needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering blended and digital learning.
  • Familiarity with LXPs and AI enabled platforms systems.
  • Strong abilities with experience in delivering training sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and programme management skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively engaging learners.
  • Demonstrated mentoring experience, fostering growth in individuals or teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a focus on organisational objectives.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and support those of others to build a consistent and exciting E‑learning portfolio.
  • Proficiency in a second language would be a bonus.
