About the Role

The Technical Consultant is a key delivery role within Asite’s Customer Solutions team, responsible for implementing and configuring Asite’s platform to meet the unique needs of regional clients. You will ensure smooth onboarding, successful integrations, and rapid time‑to‑value—enabling clients to realise the full potential of Asite’s solutions in the context of digital construction and information management.

This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands‑on configuration skills, and a deep understanding of AEC workflows, Common Data Environments (CDEs), and ISO‑compliant information structures. You will act as the bridge between project delivery, account teams, and client stakeholders, ensuring solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Implementation

  • ConfigureandimplementAsiteplatformfeatures,includingworkflows,forms,permissions,anddatastructures.
  • Deliverstandardonboardingandintegrationprojects,ensuringalignmentwithclientobjectivesandindustrystandards(e.g.,ISO19650).
  • Supportdatamigration,APIintegrations,andsysteminteroperabilitywiththird-partyplatforms(e.g.,ERP,BIM,documentmanagementsystems).
  • Producehigh-qualitytechnicaldocumentation,configurationguides,andclienthandovermaterials.
  • WorkcloselywithProjectManagerstoensuretimelyandsuccessfulprojectdelivery.
  • SupportAccountConsultantsandCustomerSuccessManagerswithtechnicalqueriesandsolutionenhancements.
  • Participateinclientworkshopsanddiscoverysessionstogatherrequirementsandprovidetechnicalinsight.
