You’ll be the go-to person for delivering tailored training sessions to our clients — particularly those across our French-speaking customer base — helping them get the most out of our platform. You’ll also contribute to shaping the learning experience by supporting training documentation and helping integrate eLearning into the broader training journey. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys simplifying complex tools, loves working with people, and is confident delivering both in-person and virtual training.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver product training to clients — remotely and on-site — with a focus on our French-speaking users
  • Support the development of learning materials including presentations, user guides, and training documentation
  • Provide ongoing support to users and help troubleshoot issues when needed
  • Work closely with our Product, Regulatory, and Delivery teams to ensure clients are set up for success
  • Keep training content fresh and aligned with software updates
  • Consistently demonstrate best practice in training and learning for the software sector

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) — this is essential for supporting our French clients
  • 1–2 years' experience in training, customer success, or service delivery (SaaS background preferred)
  • Familiarity with eLearning and how it fits into broader training delivery for a complex & fast-moving technical product suite
  • Experience creating clear and helpful documentation for different audiences
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — you’re comfortable explaining tricky concepts simply
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in construction tech or delivered software training before
