The Role
We are looking for an organised and curious Learning Experience Coordinator to support the smooth running of our learning experience ecosystems. This role will help manage and optimise our Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), manage relationships with external content providers, ensure our learning catalogue remains up to date, and contribute to the creation of high‑quality learning content and resources alongside our Learning Experience Consultants. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their Learning & Development career who wants to develop hands‑on skills across digital learning systems, content curation, and learning design.
What you’ll do
- Manage the day-to-day running of the internal and external learning platforms, including user management, reporting, content tagging, and user support
- Monitor platform performance, escalate technical issues where needed, and coordinate with external vendors
- Support the setup and ongoing management of communities, learning plans, audiences, and learning journeys
- Maintain consistent metadata, taxonomy, and governance standards across the platforms
- Keep the central database up to date to support accurate user and content management
- Manage the connection with external learning content partners and help ensure content is integrated smoothly
- Track platform usage and learner engagement, and maintain a central register of learning assets
- Support the planning, design, and development of learning content, including videos, e-learning modules, guides, and templates
- Apply brand, accessibility, and instructional design standards across all learning materials
- Support research, storyboarding, visual asset preparation, and other content development tasks
- Produce regular dashboards and utilisation reports, and support analysis of learner behaviour, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Assist with surveys, data collection, impact measurement, and process documentation including FAQs and guidance
- Help ensure learning content meets quality, accessibility, GDPR, and learning data compliance standards
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence picking up new digital tools and systems quickly
- Understanding of an LMS or LXP
- Comfortable working with data and producing reports using tools such as Excel, platform analytics, or Power BI
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating digital learning content, such as e-learning, graphics, video, or learning documents
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support others across the team
- A proactive mindset with the ability to spot issues early and solve them efficiently
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Nice‑to‑haves
- Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience managing suppliers or external partners
- Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG
- Experience using content design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
