The Role

The Major Accounts Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of large enterprise accounts. This role involves identifying new business & growth opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions that highlight the value of Asite's offerings.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, target, and secure new enterprise-level clients to achieve sales targets and expand Asite market presence.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate large organisations and key industries.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including proposal creation, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage sales activities, track progress, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Customer Support) to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the built environment and SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
