Asite is hiring a Graphic Designer to take ownership of the look and feel of our internal and external content across digital and print. This is a hands-on role within our marketing team, working on everything from new business pitches and brochures to campaign assets, landing pages, and video content. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, even when deadlines are tight and priorities shift. You’ll be working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, so clarity, pragmatism, and collaboration are key.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels, including presentations, social media, email campaigns, websites, landing pages, and print collateral
  • Translating abstract ideas into clear, structured, on-brand visual systems that scale
  • Maintaining brand consistency through templates, asset libraries, and guidelines
  • Managing multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and flagging risks or delays early
  • Working closely with marketing and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and reduce unnecessary revisions
  • Producing video and motion content where required to support campaigns and storytelling

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
  • Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects for video and motion work
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Comfortable working under pressure without sacrificing quality
  • Clear communicator who can manage feedback and expectations across different stakeholders
  • Pragmatic, resilient, and organised in the way you manage your workload

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Exposure to web or landing page design
  • Experience presenting design work and explaining creative decisions
