Your role in our shared journey is located at our office in Warrington (UK). You’ll contribute to our mission by managing and delivering JD Group EU/UK sales goals across the region whilst building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders. In this role, you’ll develop strategic account plans for JD across EMEA, drive sales and margins to defined KPIs, and work collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve market share growth and operational excellence within one of ASICS fastest growing accounts. Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive strategic account plans for JD banners across the EMEA region to ensure long-term business growth and sustainability.
- Regularly review sales data to monitor account performance and devise actionable plans to address any sales gaps or opportunities.
- Drive sales performance and profit margins in accordance with defined key performance indicators and commercial targets.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal teams including Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance departments.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with external stakeholders such as Buying and Merchandising Directors across the JD Group.
- Manage sales forecasting processes and oversee order book conversion to ensure accurate revenue projections and delivery commitments.
- Navigate and influence the internal matrix organisational structure to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and achieve commercial objectives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in strategic account planning and stakeholder management.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sports, fashion, or FMCG industry.
