As Store Manager, you’ll take the lead at our Portsmouth Factory Outlet, coordinating and motivating a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Eye‑crowding window displays, smiling shoppers, and busy tills – you’ll be across it all, thanks to your keen commercial awareness and focus on delivering excellent customer service.

How you’ll help us:

Based at our Portsmouth Factory Outlet and reporting to the District Manager, you’ll:

  • Maximise sales and profitability through effective store management and excellent customer service.
  • Guide and support our staff to maintain high standards in customer service and sales.
  • Give clear directions to ensure our store achieves the brand standard in product presentation and merchandising.
  • Recruit, train, retain, and develop a high‑quality team.
  • Achieve brand standards in reporting, action planning, and business performance endeavours.

More about you:

  • Around 4‑6 years of retail experience.
  • Approximately 2‑3 years of supervisory experience, including coaching, counselling and developing people.
  • Qualification in Business Administration or related field (or two years' additional experience).
  • Impressive track record of delivering quality customer service.
  • Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, and people management.
