Senior Facility Coordinator in London

How you'll help us. Based in our UK and Ireland head office in Warrington, reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for:

• Co‑ordinate repairs, maintenance and all health and safety compliance.
• Liaise with contractors, landlords and suppliers to manage contracts, cleaners, utilities and building compliance.
• Carry out regular audits and inspections to ensure high office standards are maintained.
• Responsible for fire safety and daily sign‑in/out registers.
• Keep accurate records of leases, maintenance schedules and compliance certificates.
• Ensure first aid kits, fire extinguishers and safety signage are up to date; oversee office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
• Managing the post and deliveries.
• Support meeting room set‑ups and general office organisation.
• Responsible for company car fleet: sourcing vehicles, supporting team members with any issues and completing reports for head office.
• Responsible for company mobile phone contract and assisting with the product samples process.
• Supporting new joiners to have a smooth onboarding and acting as a 'go to' person in the office.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the smooth running of the office and showroom.

More about you:

• IOSH/NEBOSH or facilities‑related qualification advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar tools.
• Strong communicator who can confidently engage with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels and challenge the status quo.
• Collaborative, adaptable and resilient approach with a passion for people and problem solving.
• Able to work flexibly to suit business needs.
