Responsibilities
- Driving stores sales and performance (District) relating to KPIs.
- Delivering operational excellence in terms of visual and service execution and best staffing models.
- Driving influence amongst peer group, exploring all opportunities to grow the DTC model.
- Accountable and responsible for store cost budgets including but not limited to payroll.
- Undertake regular and purposeful store visits in a systematic and consistent manner.
- Manage the stores within the area and maximise sales through having a clear focus on KPIs.
- Deliver the sales and profit targets for the area, with an aim to increase footfall and conversion rates.
- Demonstrate effective business planning, maximizing opportunities, minimizing risk and taking corrective action when needed.
- Identify threats and opportunities for stores, developing business plans to reflect local influences and competition.
- Analyse and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performances and reports.
- Support store teams and execute defined strategic plans and initiatives.
Store Standards, Stock And Visual Merchandising (VM)
- Work side by side with relevant departments to ensure stock package, standards and Visual Merchandising (VM) are correct and consistent in each store.
- Monitor mix and depth of product, sales density etc.
- Ensure that VM presentation and merchandise layout of all stores represent the brand image.
