We are looking for a temporary part‑time Facilities Co‑ordinator to support the UK and Ireland business to ensure that we offer a people‑first approach whilst maintaining safe, compliant and engaging environments. Responsibilities:
- Co‑ordinate repairs, maintenance and all health and safety compliance
- Liaise with contractors, landlords and suppliers to manage contracts, cleaners, utilities and building compliance
- Carry out regular audits and inspections to ensure high office standards are maintained
- Responsible for fire safety and daily sign‑in/out registers
- Keep accurate records of leases, maintenance schedules and compliance certificates
- Ensure first aid kits, fire extinguishers and safety signage are up to date; oversee office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed
- Manage the post and deliveries
- Support meeting‑room set‑ups and general office organisation
- Responsible for company car fleet; source vehicles, support team members with any issues, complete reports for head office
- Responsible for company mobile phone contract and assist with the product samples process
- Support new joiners to have a smooth onboarding and act as a go‑to person in the office
- Continuously look for ways to improve the smooth running of the office and showroom
Qualifications:
- IOSH/NEBOSH or facilities‑related qualification advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar tools
- Strong communicator who can confidently engage with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels and challenge the status quo
- Collaborative, adaptable and resilient approach with a passion for people and problem solving
- Able to work flexibly to suit business needs.
