As Store Manager, you’ll take the lead at our Canary Wharf store in London, coordinating and motivating a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

How You’ll Help Us.

  • Based at our Canary Wharf store in London and reporting to the District Manager , you’ll:
  • Maximise sales and profitability through effective store management and excellent customer service.
  • Guide and support our staff to maintain high standards in customer service and sales.
  • Give clear directions to ensure our store achieves the brand standard in product presentation and merchandising.
  • Recruit, train, retain, and develop a high-quality team.
  • Achieve brand standards in reporting, action planning, and business performance endeavours.

More About You.

  • Around 4-6 years of retail experience.
  • Approximately 2-3 years of supervisory experience, including coaching, counselling and developing people.
  • Qualification in Business Administration or related field (or two years' additional experience).
  • Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, and people management.
  • Impressive track record of delivering quality customer service.
