We are looking for a temporary part‑time Facilities Co‑ordinator to support the UK and Ireland business to ensure that we offer a people‑first approach whilst maintaining safe, compliant and engaging environments. This is a busy role with wide and varied tasks to get stuck into.

Responsibilities:

  • Co‑ordinate repairs, maintenance and all health and safety compliance
  • Liaise with contractors, landlords and suppliers to manage contracts, cleaners, utilities and building compliance
  • Carry out regular audits and inspections to ensure high office standards are maintained
  • Responsible for fire safety and daily sign‑in/out registers
  • Keep accurate records of leases, maintenance schedules and compliance certificates
  • Ensure first aid kits, fire extinguishers and safety signage are up to date; oversee office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed
  • Manage the post and deliveries
  • Support meeting‑room set‑ups and general office organisation
  • Responsible for company car fleet; source vehicles, support team members with any issues, complete reports for head office
  • Responsible for company mobile phone contract and assist with the product samples process
  • Support new joiners to have a smooth onboarding and act as a go‑to person in the office
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the smooth running of the office and showroom

Qualifications:

  • IOSH/NEBOSH or facilities‑related qualification advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar tools
  • Strong communicator who can confidently engage with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels and challenge the status quo
  • Collaborative, adaptable and resilient approach with a passion for people and problem solving
  • Able to work flexibly to suit business needs
