Your role in our shared journey:
Located at our UK office in Warrington, you will contribute to our mission by leading the local marketing strategy and execution for the UK & Ireland across Running, Sportstyle, and CPS categories. You will drive brand presence, consumer engagement, and commercial impact in one of ASICS' most strategically important European territories, whilst managing integrated marketing functions and building strong partnerships with retail accounts and internal stakeholders. Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
- Adapt and execute local marketing strategies for UKI across Running, Sportstyle, and CPS categories in alignment with EMEA direction.
- Plan and deliver integrated brand campaigns, activations, PR initiatives, and events to drive consumer engagement and brand visibility.
- Lead the Trade Marketing strategy for key UKI and Pan-European retail accounts, with primary focus on JD partnership.
- Manage the local marketing planning process, including budget allocation, financial forecasting, and ROI optimisation.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Merchandising, HR, and EMEA Marketing teams.
- Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional marketing team of 12 FTEs across Activation, Trade Marketing, and Brand Training.
- Oversee agency partnerships and external vendor relationships to ensure effective campaign delivery and brand representation.

- Experience in integrated marketing execution across brand, trade, and activations.
