As the ASICS Brand Trainer South UK, you\'ll be tasked with educating retailers and consumers about our products, technologies and their benefits in addition to supporting our visual merchandising activities and marketing initiatives.
An energetic self-starter with a passion for sport and a friendly personality, the work you do on your patch will play a major role in telling the story of ASICS brand heritage, whilst helping consumers to find the perfect product to suit their needs.

We\'re looking for an energetic, passionate, resilient and influential Brand Trainer who has a genuine affinity with the sports and leisure industry. A people-person who likes to travel, you\'ll be tirelessly customer-orientated, combining excellent listening and organising skills with a natural presenting style to share the key messages to our customers and consumers.
This role requires weekly travel across South UK and also to other locations in the UK as and when necessary, which includes the Head Office based in Warrington, Cheshire. You will be reporting to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager.
As Part Of The Role You\'ll
- Follow the activity plan agreed with DTC, Marketing, Merchandising and Sales within the territories assigned: UK & Ireland.
- Provide high-quality training to stores\' staff and support all the activities assigned such as Sales support, basic Visual Merchandising activities, support Marketing initiatives, interacting with customers.
- Contribute to maximize direct and indirect sales and conversion at the point of sale.
- Explain the engaging brand history, culture and values of the company.
- Be perceived as an expert: knowing the competition is also key.
- Create best atmosphere and relationship in all the activities and with all the people who you will be interacting with.
- Report all the activities by using the templates & tools provided.
- Be prepared and eager to learn at the regular meetings and seasonal trainings provided by the company.
- Ensure being up to date in all the knowledge required to be excellent in the activities assigned.

What We\'re Looking For
- Full, clean, driving license .
- University degree or degree from a higher vocational education (ideally sport science and physical activity or business administration).
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Advanced IT skills, including MS Excel and PPT.
- Confident presentation and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to travel and to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
