As the Global Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key part in elevating the performance of paid media across regions, shaping ad strategy, optimizing audience segmentation, championing measurement and delivering actionable insights that support brand preference, campaign effectiveness and OneASICS member growth. You will join a global team committed to advancing digital marketing best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Accelerate Paid Campaign Performance & Strategic Activation: Advance global paid media strategy and drive global paid activation with brand lift studies in partnership with regional and category marketing teams.
- Lead always-on boosting strategy for organic social content (Instagram & TikTok) leveraging data-driven insights to optimize video engagement and overall content performance.
- Implement A/B testing and creative performance insights for paid advertising to drive ongoing media optimization.
- Partner with media vendors and platform reps (Meta, TikTok, Google) to pilot new ad formats, stay ahead of platform changes, and integrate best practices.
- Work regularly with paid advertising vendors to brief, optimize and report on paid activation campaign results as well as onboarding new vendors as needed.
- Strengthen Measurement & Attribution: Coordinate global ad measurement tools and vendor governance including IAS, Liveramp and Pathmatics.
- Champion global rollout, drive regional enablement and ensure consistent tracking of fraud prevention, viewability and brand safety.
- Support incrementality and attribution analysis with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand true paid impact on revenue and brand metrics.
- Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with paid performance trends, competitive insights and actionable next steps across ASICS categories as well as presenting to stakeholders.
- Use CDP insights to evolve audience strategy for paid campaigns by funnel stage, product category and member engagement level.
- Test and report on audience segmentation effectiveness to inform future media planning and audience design.
- Compile global ad trends and competitor creative analysis to inspire differentiation and inform global marketing campaign strategy and creative execution.
- Support and share media creative best practices with global and regional creative teams ensuring fit-for-platform execution across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
- Collaborate with internal partners and GenAI vendor to drive process for creative automation and personalization in paid advertising campaigns globally.
- Use competitor analysis tool to understand paid competitive landscape, report on key trends in quarterly business review and ad-hoc as needed.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- In-Platform experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok and Google Ads (YouTube) ads (must have) and Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads & Analytics (preferred).
- Meta- 2+ years, TikTok- 2+ years.
- Strong attention to detail, specifically budget tracking and campaign set-up.
- Experience with IAS (Integral Ad Science) preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying seniority and marketing backgrounds.
- Comfortable creating and giving regular presentations.
