The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and partnership development across ASEAN & Regional markets.
You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while building strategic relationships with franchise brands and business partners.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced international business environment.
What You Will Do:Client Acquisition & Sales
Generate new business opportunities through networking, exhibitions, and referrals.
Conduct client meetings and needs assessment consultations
Prepare and present proposals for franchise consulting & other services
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets
Maintain client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle
Other ad-hoc duties
Partnership Development
Build relationships with franchise brands, trade show organisers, and strategic partners.
Represent Asiawide Franchise Consultants at regional franchise exhibitions (8-10 events annually)
Coordinate business matching activities between franchisors and franchisees.
Support business mission planning and execution
Identify market opportunities across different markets
Reporting & Administration
Update CRM system with client interactions and deal progress
Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts
Coordinate with internal team on client onboarding and service delivery
