TRS Operations Manager (Operations & Delivery) SWTRA in Wales

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage all Operational and Delivery services for Trunk Road Services (TRS) in accordance with Statutory requirements specifically but not limited to Welsh Government Trunk Road Maintenance Manual (TRMM).
• Manage routine and cyclical maintenance activities, the annual SCA (Service Collaboration Agreement) programme, winter service, reactive works and emergency response incidents.
• Procure, stock manage, maintain vehicle, plant and equipment serviceability.
• Manage the TRS aspect of the three depots (Ynysforgan, Goat Mill and Pencoed).
• Engage with all operational interfaces outside TRS to ensure effective working of the organisation, in compliance with current legislation, regulations and best practice.
• Assist with all aspects of operational services as allocated by the TRS Manager.
