Location: London (Hybrid β 2 days office-based)
Salary: Β£28,000 β Β£32,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term until March 2027 (with potential for extension)
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Specialist NRPF Caseworker to join our frontline team.
This pivotal role supports Black and minoritised women with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) who are at risk of, or experiencing, domestic abuse and other forms of gender-based violence.
You will provide intensive casework, advocacy, and crisis intervention β ensuring survivors have access to safety, secure accommodation, legal protection, and financial support.
You will also play a key role in advocating with statutory and voluntary agencies, challenging systemic barriers that prevent migrant women from accessing justice and safety.
Responsibilities
- Provide intensive casework, advocacy, and crisis intervention to survivors of domestic abuse and other gender-based violence.
- Support access to safety, secure accommodation, legal protection, and financial support.
- Advocate with statutory and voluntary agencies to challenge systemic barriers preventing migrant women from accessing justice and safety.
