Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time staff)

Hours: 28 hours (4 days) per week

Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2027 (with potential for extension)

Location: London office / Hybrid (2 days office-based)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Director, helping ensure the effective coordination of meetings, communications, projects and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the Director’s diary, meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations and briefing documents.
  • Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Coordinate trustee meetings and support governance processes.
  • Act as a first point of contact for trustees, partners and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information securely.
  • Support organisational projects, campaigns and events.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, logistics and scheduling.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.
