Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time staff)
Hours: 28 hours (4 days) per week
Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2027 (with potential for extension)
Location: London office / Hybrid (2 days office-based)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Director, helping ensure the effective coordination of meetings, communications, projects and stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll do:
You will play a key role in supporting AWRC's leadership while working in an organisation dedicated to improving the lives of women experiencing abuse. You will:
- Manage the Director's diary, meetings and appointments.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations and briefing documents.
- Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Coordinate trustee meetings and support governance processes.
- Act as a first point of contact for trustees, partners and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information securely.
- Support organisational projects, campaigns and events.
- Assist with travel arrangements, logistics and scheduling.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.
