Salary: £38,000-£41,000 per annum, subject to increase in accordance with our pay structure

Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract: Fixed term until March 2030, subject to extension

Location: London / Hybrid working - minimum 2 days per week in the office

Line Reports: 4 to 6

We are looking for an experienced and values-driven Contracts Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across AWRC's Ascent Ending Harmful Practices partnership and oversee delivery of our Ascent Advice & Information project.

This is a varied and influential role combining contract and partnership management, performance monitoring, safeguarding, quality assurance, financial oversight, staff management and service development.

You will work closely with Ascent partners, commissioners, statutory agencies and voluntary and community organisations to ensure services are high quality, survivor-centred, culturally competent and delivered in line with contractual requirements, agreed outcomes and performance standards.
