Hours: 35.25 per week
Work Pattern: Flexible across Monday to Sunday, up to 5 shifts on site each week, 1 day at HQ in Flitwick each week
Salary: £27,152.03 per annum (equivalent to £28,500 37 hrs p/wk FTE)
As Recovery Lounge Manager, you will coordinate a team of staff and volunteers to deliver safe and effective crisis support, working closely with NHS partners and Mind BLMK.
Service Delivery
- Operate the Recovery Lounge service and ensure outcomes that support individuals to deescalate crisis and develop strategies for recovery.
- Assess need and suitability for the service, undertaking 1:1s where needed.
- Manage relationship with the mental health trust to ensure effectiveness of crisis pathways.
- Work with management to ensure regular involvement of service users, volunteers and staff on local delivery and wider strategies.
- Maintain an effective workforce in line with HR policies (recruitment, line management, workload planning, support and development of crisis workers, peer support workers and volunteers).
- Hold responsibility for health and safety, data collection and cash handling in line with policies.
- Ensure adequate cover at site, requiring a hybrid nature of the role to assist with gaps.
