This is a field role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with Architects & Interior Designers (AIDs). It focuses on various Home Décor product categories such as Luxury Lights, Kitchen & Wardrobe, Bath Fittings & Sanitaryware, UPVC Windows & Doors, Textures, Wood Finishes, Wallpapers, Fabrics, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with existing AIDs and service their requirements.
  • Onboarding new AIDs and creating a database of all active architects in defined geography.
  • Maintain & Update CML (Customer Master List) for AIDs.
  • Plan potential business in your territory & categories via AIDs.
  • Lead generation by showcasing offerings through catalogs & brochures and informing AIDs about new launches and product updates, followed by scheduling meetings to strengthen engagement.
  • Conduct site visits to end customers’ homes, act as the Point of Contact (POC) for escalations, and ensure a smooth experience during home décor integration.
  • Coordinate with business category teams for backend support and seamless execution.
  • Maintain tracker with weekly visits to architects and updates on:
    • Number of catalogs/collaterals distributed
    • Number of product briefings conducted
    • Number of AID sites visited.
