The HR Analyst - HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the HRBP function by contributing to the development of a strong talent pipeline and succession planning for future HRBP leadership. The role will assist Senior HRBPs in executing strategic HR initiatives, focusing on key areas such as talent management, performance and rewards, learning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Through hands-on involvement in research, data analysis, and the implementation of best HR practices, the HR Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the HRBP function is equipped to meet the AIIB's long-term business and HR objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and operational support to Senior HRBPs in the execution of strategic HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Assist in the execution of strategic HR programs and initiatives focusing on talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, learning and organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct research on HR trends, benchmarks, and best practices to support the development and improvement of HR programs and initiatives.
- Stay informed on emerging HR technologies and methodologies that could improve HRBP efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between HRBPs, business units, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on HR initiatives.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance HR practices and HR processes to align them with organizational goals.
- Maintain HR data system and tools, ensuring they are up to date and aligned with the needs of the HRBP function.
- Contribute to the preparation of materials for HR-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure high quality delivery and flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
- Any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the line manager or Head of HRBP.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess at the minimum a bachelor's degree (master's degree or equivalent preferred) in human resources, business administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of human resources, preferably in HR Business Partner function.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of a language(s) of a country in which AIIB invests would be an advantage.
- Experience working in a financial institution would be a plus.
