Overview the projects to the approval stage, ensuring compliance with AIIB's policies and priorities. Contribute to the development of the relevant operational policies, strategies, guidelines, and programs. Actively participate and support the DG in recruitment and team-development efforts. Represent the department in relevant meetings and events both internally and externally. Assist the DG in annual business planning and budget management for the department. Proactively create an environment within the team in which staff and consultants are performance-, results-, and client-oriented; that actively promotes a culture of trust and openness as well as learning and sharing; and in which there is a keen sense of responsibility and accountability. Inform and provide recommendations to the DG of significant developments, emerging opportunities, and challenges in areas of responsibility, and advise the DG on critical, relevant internal issues. Lead or participate in special initiatives or ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 15-20 years of relevant professional experience in other MDBs or top-tier global financial institutions.
- Master's degree in finance, economics, development studies, and/or related fields is essential.
- A bachelor's degree supported by strong work experience will be considered.
- Strong managerial and interpersonal skills.
- Significant experience in various business sectors across geographical areas covered by PCF.
- Operational experience in project and corporate finance across multiple sectors.
- Strong credit and structuring skills for different investment tools.
- Investment acumen with a track record of building quality investment portfolios.
- Exceptional track record of achieving results and solving problems.
- Thorough understanding of the environmental, social, and governance framework in infrastructure development.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
