ASI AMARINE is the leading yacht brokerage and charter company in Hong Kong, operating the largest charter fleet in the region. With over 20 years of experience, we specialize in creating unforgettable yachting experiences across Asia, from day charters to luxury fully crewed yachts. We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Charter Broker to join our growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to enter the luxury yachting industry, work with a diverse international clientele, and develop charter business across Hong Kong and the wider Asian region. Asiamarine’s regional presence and strong industry network open many doors for motivated individuals looking to grow their career in luxury sales, client relations, and charter development across Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new prospects and clients
- Manage and respond to charter inquiries
- Develop corporate charter bookings and private client business
- Build and maintain a network of partners including travel agencies, concierges, and event agencies
- Actively network and attend events to generate new leads
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from inquiry to charter completion
- Promote the Asiamarine charter fleet, with yachts ranging from 20 to 150 feet
Profile
- Fluent in English (Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage)
- Outgoing, confident and proactive
- Comfortable with networking and meeting potential clients
- Excellent sense of service and hospitality
- Passion for luxury experiences and client service

- Luxury retail
- Hospitality or hotel industry
