ASIA GRAND PTE. LTD. is seeking a Dim Sum Cook to prepare chee cheong fun (rice rolls) to consistent quality and presentation standards. You will follow recipes, manage fillings and sauces, and operate steamers.
You will work shifts, weekends and holidays, maintain hygiene, rotate stock FIFO, and assist other stations as needed. Training will be provided and a Food Hygiene Certificate is required or obtainable through the company.
