Salary: £32,000–£33,000 Basic + £5,000–£6,000 Bonus OTE

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful Main Dealership in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment and is looking to join a professional, supportive team with excellent earning potential and long-term career prospects.

What’s on offer:

  • £32,000–£33,000 basic salary
  • Realistic bonus potential of £5,000–£6,000 per year
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Established Main Dealer environment
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and managing service bookings
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the aftersales journey
  • Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers updated
  • Upselling additional work and services where appropriate
  • Managing invoices and service administration efficiently

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous Service Advisor experience within the motor trade
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organised, professional, and able to work under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
